I help people hold complex conversations

with honesty, curiosity and compassion

to progress their vision.

Suzanne Waldron

Behaviouralist & Social Impact Facilitator

Suzanne is a behaviouralist, social impact facilitator,

curator & speaker.

Making tough decisions leads us to true progress. But these days there’s more at stake;

We are required to level up and pay more attention to others,

to the bigger picture,

to our humanity.

Improving our moral awareness, personal relatability and genuine conversation skills are the keys to:

New levels of leadership demanded of us.

New levels of fairness expected of us.

New visions, born from the best intentions, that actually happen.

Be the new level - Be a better leader and a better human for a better life.

Speaker

Captivating Real Moving & Witty

Live Collaborating Energising

With a signature style of no slides, no props, lots of truth and lots of humour, every keynote is designed to keep people engaged through natural interaction, compelling story and personal connection.

Suzanne believes her place as a speaker is to create an environment where the audience can consider, decide, change, intend and dream into new ways of being or thinking.

Meet Suzanne

Suzanne experienced a tough start. Born deaf, living within the foster system, experiencing a nervous breakdown at aged eight, and eventually becoming a homeless teenager.

Because of this, she is obsessed with understanding why humans think, feel and act. Her work is about improving the way we make decisions, treat each other and the world around us.

Be a good human. Become a fairer society. Create more hope, less suffering.

Now, as a behavioural specialist with a diverse background in ethical and moral leadership, Suzanne facilitates conversations that enable a deeper level of understanding and decision-making for business, community and culture.

Her Master’s research specialised in pro-social leadership. Equating to a process about moving significant ideas into action for the good of society.

Her favourite way a client described her is unconventional and outrageously clever!

Suzanne is an active ambassador for R U OK?, Nakuru Hope, she’s a Creative Director for Museum of Freedom and Tolerance, and former curator for TEDx. Her ongoing giving circle for women in the slums of Africa is called 5 Women. A twice published author, Suzanne has also been nominated for Western Australian of the Year for her community work.

  Conversations with interesting people

Jonathan Holloway is a GIANT thinker. He's pure crazy energy, and thinks about how art and creativity can take over CITIES. As an international art director he is revealing in this conversation how artists are primed in this global pandemic, to dream and create a new future and show us what life could be like in the new world order. How will our interactions change, how will we manage and negotiate to thrive in a way that provokes and doesn't pretend? This is not the time to be sensored. It's time to use your voice.

This is a super powerful conversation about faith. Ola studies the intersection between equality and justice. He lives in Sydney and is a preacher. This man seriously heals the world. His biggest question for us right now is "Who am I becoming?" It's an invitation to us to explore our own sense of purpose through the bigger net of the world/universe/spirit/god. Whatever you want to call it.

A rare chance to hear from a usually very private person... Mandi Cloete. Hear her incredible source of insight as she talks about meta-physics, bioenergy and how we each can get more comfortable with being uncomfortable amid this significant world change. This woman is who I go to when I'm deep in the dark abyss of my mind. Enjoy this formidable chance to connect to deep wisdom.

Dr Simon Eassom is a former Professor of Philosophy and Anthropology. He will BLOW your mind when he unpacks what it means to be a human, and particularly death of ego, identity and how we come through a pandemic that can create despair and existential angst collectively. Hang on, he will take you places you didn't expect!
PS: it ends with hope...
